Commencing on September 29, 2008, the regulations for HEAVY VEHICLE DRIVER Fatigue are in force.

These rules impact drivers of vehicles over 12t or have 12 or more seats (Bus and Coach)

There are 3 options

  1. Standard Hours (Std Hrs)
  2. Basic Fatigue Management  (BFM)
  3. Advanced Fatigue Management - is not included below
